THE REAL YOU

A proverb says that “it’s either you control your destiny or someone else will”. This word of wisdom reveals the secret, while many glory, virtues, talents and gifts are wasting away in our generation without any reasonable remedy. Some virtues remain untapped till they kiss the soil and many who manage to use theirs are not operating at the maximum.

There was once a farmer who grew vegetables and cucumber in his fields. He kept four dogs to guard the field and protect his crops from destruction by wild animals. One day, he was walking through the vegetable field with his dogs. They heard a crying noise like an infant and the dogs ran ahead. They got to the spot and found a very young lion. It was no bigger than a cat and crying for its mother.” Its mother must have died” the farmer thought and took it back to his hut. The family named it the Little Fret and fed it with milk. As the cub grew, she played with the dogs and helped to  guard the farm. She forgot her mother and thought she was a dog.Was it?

But one cool morning, as the animals guarded the hut, they heard a loud animal call. It came from the other side of the river. The dogs were frightened and hid but” little fret” listened carefully then ran down to the river. On the other side of the river was a wonderful large lion standing in its majesty. Little Fret jumped into the river and swam across. She was beginning to understand that she was not a dog at all. She realized that she was meant for a better and different life with the KING OF THE JUNGLE. She understood that call and” was coming home”.

From this story, the name given to her was far lesser than

its original identity. At first, it was not meant to fear (FRET) but to be feared and not (LITTLE) but an enormous living creature.

Readers, until you discover your true self and the real person God has created you to be, you may end up a victim of circumstances, living at the mercy of others or peradventure kiss the soil (die) without fulfilling purpose. A lot of eagles are gobbling with chickens and turkey and some who are made to be lions are tied to a spot like a dog.

Some destinies are attached to your manifestation, so don’t settle for the less, don’t accept defeat!

you are meant to rule and not to be ruled. This generation needs your manifestation so don’t squander your destiny or sell it. Jesus the destiny changer is right beside you. ACCEPT HIM NOW! and I bet you are on the right track to fulfilling purpose.
