LAGOS METROPOLITAN MASS CHOIR CONCERT: Echoes of one voice and one fold

“When praises goes up, blessings comes down”…

This narratives will not be altered but will be garnished with a celestial parade of divinity, as heavens will once again kiss the earth when the entire LAGOS MASS CHOIR of  Christ Apostolic Church Nigeria and Overseas- Mother of Pentecostalism in Nigeria and the first indigenous revivalist movement in Africa,  will be gathering to render an harmonious melody to God.

This annual event: a brainchild of music directorate of the church which comprises of  three regions within the Lagos state metropolis (Akinyele, Akilling and Pearce Region) will be staged with a lot of events ranging from art music to native airs and contemporary music, to birth a new era of togetherness, unity and revival, also strengthening the musical ties which has long existed within the state music arm and the church at large.

Special dignitaries from all walks of life are expected to grace this glorious occasion with Pastor Samuel Olusegun Oladele- The President of Christ Apostolic Church, Nigeria and Overseas, together with his entourage, Prophet Hezekiah Oluboye Oladeji- The esteemed General Evangelist of CAC, Nigeria and overseas, Pastor E.O Odejobi- The General Superintendent of CAC, Nigeria and Overseas, on the frontline.

Other important dignitaries expected at the occasion include but not limited to; Elder Adekunle Abidemi Oyesanya ( SAN) - Director of Music, CAC Nigeria and Overseas, a formidable legal luminary, a music veteran and a recipient of respectable music organizations within the country, Pastor S.O Aluko- The Regional Superintendent of Pearce Region, Pastor S.A Adebayo- The Regional Superintendent of Akinyele Region and Pastor E.A Olusoko- The Regional Superintendent of Akilling Region

We look forward to an unforgettable moments of divine encounter and supernatural demonstration comes 21st of June 2026 at Christ Apostolic Church, Akilling Regional Headquarters, a monumental and spiritual site of the Christ Apostolic Church which also doubles as the  printing press site of all educational items of the mission, will be hosting this year’s  edition of the event which is rightly situated at 5, Shiaba Street, Agege, Lagos at exactly 4pm.

The Christ Apostolic Church from time immemorial is know for his outstanding achievements and innovative strides  in art and contemporary music in Nigeria and beyond the borders which has been evident in so many music concerts been championed by the music arm, the office of the General Evangelist and other notable personnel’s within the mission. 

The works of Icons and Veterans like Dr Owoaje, Abidemi Oyesanya, Oluyelu, Ayo Ajayi, Engr Tope Dada, Pastor Olukunle, Samuel Oladele, Dr Ayo Oluranti and etal are evident for the world to see and it will be a delight to witness in firsthand the undiluted melodies from these great arts and more.
